Today, Coral Grief share the final single, “Starboard,” which is subtly commanding, albeit surreal. “Ageless and anchored / Built in, belabored / Staircase of water / Each step a filter,” Lena Farr-Morrissey sings on the chorus, ruminating on an embrace of aimlessness. “Starboard” rings out on an unlikely, jagged chord, suggesting a newfound comfort with ambiguity.
