This Will Destroy You have today announced a North American tour with Cymbals Eat Guitars. The band will play a run of dates along the west coast, as well as additional dates in Austin, Dallas and NYC this winter. The full itinerary can be found below.

The band’s last North American tour this fall received rave reviews, with the Boston Globe describing the band’s sound, writing, “Blending the intensity of doom metal with the fragility of shoegaze, the music burns slowly, shifting from ambient to turbulent and back. Dallas Observer also noted, "When translating the recordings to a live show, it’s paramount that the band is playing to the highest level. With no singer grabbing the majority of the audience’s attention, each member holds a huge responsibility for the sound. And with that great responsibility comes great power in both the range of sound and the emotion it taps into.”
